FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTAPOR^® 22 is an air entraining agent especially suited for production of semi dry concrete such as slip form, roller compacted concrete (RCC) and concrete placed with a paver.

The product improves the fresh concrete workability considerably and enhances the water resisting properties of the hardened concrete.

PANTAPOR^® 22 optimises the concrete viscosity and considerably reduces bleeding and segregation tendencies.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTAPOR^® 22 ensures the formation of a stable micro air pore system in the concrete. This system increase the workability, also the air pores interrupt the capillary system in concrete which reduces the penetration of water significantly.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The general dosage range is 0.05 – 1.0 mass-% of the cement content.
